Q: What is your warranty?

A: We guarantee everything we make for a lifetime within normal wear and tear. If you every experience a problem with your Boundary gear, you can email warranty@boundarysupply.com and we will solve the issue within 24 hours. If your item has been used for many years and just needs some love, send us an email warranty@boundarysupply.com and someone on our repair team in Salt Lake City, UT will breathe new life into your product.

 

Q: What is my size in a specific item?

A: Below are size guides for every type of item that we make with full specifications. If you still require more assistance, please check out our Youtube channel.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We allow returns up to 30 days after ordering as long as the items are in good condition. If you would like to try something on or see something in person, we offer free returns in the USA. If there is some sort of an issue, we will repair the situation within 24-48 hours.

 

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: Please email returns@boundarysupply.com and give us a heads up what items are being returned and why they are being returned or exchanged. It is important that we provide a RA# so we can make sure you are moved to the front of the line and we can resolve the matter with in 24 hours. Q:How do I make a return or exchange if I am an international customer?

*Unfortunately we do not cover the shipping, return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound international shipping for exchanges. Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status. 

 

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds take 48 hours - 72 hours to process and arrive back in your account.

 

Q: How long does it take to ship my package:

A: Processing time for an order is 24 hours if the product is in stock.

 

UPS Ground - 1-5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air - 1-2 business days with expedited delivery

UPS Next Day Air - Overnight with expedited delivery

DHL Express(international) - 2-3 business days with expedited delivery

 

Q: How do I access my tracking number?

A: You access your tracking number via your profile on www.Boundarysupply.com or via email sent after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email tracking@boundarysupply.com

 

Q: What if my package is missing items?

A: Please email orders@boundarysupply.com and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

 

Q: What if something arrived and it is broken?

A: Please do not try to repair your item. The first step is to send photos to warranty@boundarysupply.com and describe the issue you are experiencing. Depending on the situation, we will prescribe the correct treatment to your issue.

 

Q: How do I clean or care for my Boundary Gear?

A: All our products are made with natural performing fibers and high performance syntheic yarns that require special attention. Please always wash your Boundary gear in cold water and tumble dry low. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email productinfo@boundarysupply.com
